Espot Esquí

Pallars Sobirà, Lleida, Catalonia

Espot Esquí opened in 1967 and lies above the village of Espot, at the gateway to the Aigüestortes i Estany de Sant Maurici National Park. The resort is small and personal, with pistes close to the forest and views of Els Encantats. Besides the pistes there are 26 km of off-piste and ski-touring routes. It is run by FGC, like its neighbour Port Ainé, and has Spain's first floating solar park at a ski resort.
