Col de Port

The col between Tarascon and Massat

One of the most-used Ariège cols in the Tour. A gentler gradient than the Péguère, open views over the Couserans and pastures at the top. The Auberge de la Sapinière inn at the col is a good lunch stop. Combine it with the Col d'Agnes and the Port de Lers for a loop via Massat.
