Cerler
Valle de Benasque, Huesca, Aragon
Cerler lies in the Valle de Benasque, Aragon's highest valley, with Aneto and the Maladeta massif just round the corner. The resort starts at the old village of Cerler at about 1,500 m and reaches up to 2,630 m. That gives it one of the biggest vertical drops in Spain. The area has three parts: Cerler, Ampriu and the newer Castanesa valley. From the top you can see the highest peaks of the Pyrenees. Benasque below is a charming mountain village with plenty of restaurants.
