Font-Romeu Pyrénées 2000 – Nordic area (La Calme)

Cerdagne, Pyrénées-Orientales

Font-Romeu is the classic high-altitude training centre of the Pyrenees, where national teams have trained since the 1960s. The La Calme Nordic area lies on the plateau between Font-Romeu and Bolquère, near the Col du Calvaire. The trails run through pine forest in the sunny Cerdagne with Pic Carlit to the north. From here you can ski on towards the Capcir.
