Font-Romeu Pyrénées 2000

Cerdagne, Pyrénées-Orientales

Font-Romeu Pyrénées 2000 is one of the largest resorts on the French side and lies on a sunny high plateau in the Cerdagne – one of the sunniest mountain areas in France. Two villages, Font-Romeu and Pyrénées 2000, share one continuous area with plenty of green and blue pistes. Font-Romeu is also a well-known high-altitude training centre for elite athletes and has a large cross-country area. Snow cannons keep the season long despite the sunny winters. The neighbouring resort of Err-Puigmal has been closed since 2013.
