The FFC area around Oloron-Sainte-Marie covers the foothills at the mouths of the Aspe and Ossau valleys. The loops run through hilly farmland, along mountain rivers and through forest – e.g. Bords du Gave, 34 km with fine singletrack along the Gave d'Ossau. The Grande Traversée VTT des Pyrénées continues from here towards Soule in the Basque Country.
